- All vendors must complete the online registration form with accurate information

- NESTPRO reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application
- Approved vendors will receive a unique reference number and confirmation email
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a legally registered business entity in India
- Must possess valid GST registration and PAN card
- Must have relevant experience in the construction or allied industry
- Must maintain valid trade licenses and certifications
- Must comply with all applicable labor laws and safety regulations
3. Code of Conduct
- Maintain highest standards of quality and workmanship
- Adhere to project timelines and delivery schedules
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at project sites
- Maintain transparency in pricing and billing
- Do not engage in unfair or corrupt practices
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Documentation Requirements
Vendors must maintain and provide updated copies of:
- GST Certificate
- PAN Card
- Trade License
- MSME/Udyam Registration (if applicable)
- ISO Certifications (if applicable)
- Insurance certificates
- Past project references
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in individual purchase orders or agreements
- Invoices must include valid GST details and supporting documents
- Payments are processed within 30-45 days of invoice approval
- NESTPRO reserves the right to withhold payment for disputed or substandard work
6. Performance Review
- Vendor performance is reviewed periodically based on quality, timelines, and compliance
- NESTPRO may conduct site inspections and quality audits
- Consistent underperformance may result in suspension or de-registration
7. Termination
NESTPRO reserves the right to terminate vendor registration at any time for:
- Violation of this vendor policy
- Substandard work quality
- Fraudulent or unethical practices
- Failure to comply with safety regulations
- Non-delivery or consistent delays
8. Confidentiality
Vendors must maintain confidentiality of all project-related information, client details, and proprietary data shared by NESTPRO. Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.
