2. Quotation & Estimates
- Online quotations generated through our website are estimates only and do not constitute a binding agreement
- No payment is required for generating online quotations
- Quotation prices are indicative and subject to change based on final project assessment
3. Advance Payments
- Advance payments made for confirmed projects are subject to the terms of the individual project agreement
- Refund eligibility depends on the project stage at the time of cancellation
- Cancellations within 7 days of signing may be eligible for a full refund minus administrative costs
- Cancellations after work has commenced will be subject to deductions for work completed and materials procured
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Design fees after design approval
- Material costs once materials have been ordered or procured
- Government fees, permits, and approval charges
- Custom-made or specially ordered items
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written refund request to our office
- Include your project reference number and reason for cancellation
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
6. Disputes
In case of disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
